Twenty-nine poems & eighteenish essays and musings. My journey, compiled documentations for twelve months of my life when I intentionally shifted into the other side of “in happiness”. To live fully on the other side of “in happiness” you are required to release those things that are way too heavy for the heart and mind to carry. This bound collection of words is me speaking. A release, so I too, may experience some semblance of joy. Silly of me to think that I did not deserve it.
